Introduction
International Islamic College in collaboration with Federation University of Australia (http://federation.edu.au/), is offering Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) 3+0. The programme is designed to enhance student's learning experience by focusing on the development of knowledge, skills and competencies throughout the programme necessary.

A student has to acquire 120 credit hours to complete this programme.

The aim of the programme is to enable students to:-
Perform accounting and accounting related tasks satisfactorily in the workplace.
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the multidisciplinary fundamental concepts in global economics.
Possess leadership, managerial and entrepreneurial skills in managing and leading in a multidimensional business environment.
Apply financial knowledge and principles that are relevant to the industry.
Year One Entry
I) STPM/ Diploma
A pass with minimum CGPA 2.00, Or

A-Level
A pass in at least TWO subjects, Or

Any other qualifications recognized as equivalent to any of the above.

Student may pursue for Master level/professional level to another university and other institution.

And student of Federation University will get opportunity to further study in Master Level with honours in the same university which is Federation University for one year to complete the master level.

After earning your Bachelor of Commerce degree, you may decide to pursue a Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or Certified General Accountant (CGA) designation and worldwide professional certificate, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Having this designation will ensure you have acquired all the competencies that the marketplace demands and will also start you out at a higher salary.
Our commerce graduates launch careers in the local, national and international world of business in a wide range of industries including financial and insurance services, energy and resources, information management, and marketing and communications.

Potential career options include Accountant, Actuarial Analyst, Actuarial Consultant, Advertising and Marketing Coordinator, Assistant Research Economist, Auditor, Audit Associate, Business Analyst, Business Development Manager, Communications Officer, Economist, Environmental Economist, Financial Analyst, Graduate Accountant, Graduate Economist, Investment Banking Analyst, Joint Venture Analyst, Predictive Analyst, Policy Analyst, Property Analyst, Research Analyst, Risk Analyst.

A bachelor's degree in Commerce (Accounting) with a concentration in Accounting is a great way to start in this field. Many professionals also earn a Master's degree in order to advance further.

In terms of education, training on entrepreneurship will contribute to Malaysia as a total education hub, providing high quality training for all levels of the business fields.

This course would enable the student to achieve the personal, professional and academic development required to become a competent entrepreneur who has the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the industry.

English Preparatory Classes
The English Preparatory Classes (EPC) is the ice-breaking class to prepare students for the upcoming official semester. It is also a platform for students to have an early exposure of English language and it equips students with basic knowledge of four skills which are reading, writing, listening and speaking. During the session, the students will experience a professional and formal learning environment and develop their self-esteem through the activities conducted by the respective educators and the college as a whole. Exhibitions and presentations are the platforms for students to enhance their academic skills, particularly for their public interaction, as those are the keys to success in various skills. These activities enrich students' confidence level to use English in their communication in the future undertaking.

Supported by a team of qualified and experienced educators in IIC, the EPC classes are committed in producing graduates who are well-equipped not only with language disclosure, but also with relevant soft skills and life-long learning competencies to excel in today's competitive environment. Durations of the studies vary according to the intakes ranging from 2 weeks to 9 (nine) weeks. The fee is RM15 per week and the total contact hours per week is 12 (twelve) per week. Classes will be conducted from Monday to Thursday with 3 (three) contact hours per day.
