The Office Management program is aimed to produce graduates with competitive knowledge, principles and skills in terms of theoretical and practical foundation for a career in office management and administration field. Students taking this program will be assessed based on a formative and summative assessment which covers written assessment, practical assessment, industrial assessment and final examination. In their final semester, students will undergo 2 months internship to better prepare them to develop skills and abilities that support professional growth and to prepare them for the industry. Graduates shall enter the job market immediately after they graduated or pursue their studies locally or abroad.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

  • Possess Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with minimum 3 credits including English; OR
  • Pass Certificate (Level 3, Malaysian Qualifications Framework, MQF) in any field from International Islamic College with at least a CGPA of 2.00; OR
  • Pass a Certificate (Level 3, MQF) in any field from a government-recognized educational institution by obtaining at least CGPA 2.00 and passing the Bahasa Malaysia subject at SPM level. Preference will be given to candidates who pass English subjects at the SPM level; OR
  • Pass Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) Level 3 in the related field subject to the approval of the Senate/Academic Board.
  • Note: HEPs need to conduct specific screening and guidance related to the field of the program for the students; OR
  • Other equivalent qualifications are recognized by the Government of Malaysia.

 * A student has to acquire 92 credit hours to complete this programme.
