ABOUT
The library collections cover various subjects that have been offered at IIC such as business, management, law, information technology, education, English language, and many more.
TSDSSJ library books collection has 38,000 titles in the library. Users may search the printed materials from the online public access catalogue (OPAC)
RULES®ULATIONS

Students must present a valid student metric card

Users must follow the International Islamic college dress code.

No food or drink is allowed in the library. (Mineral water only)

Do not change the arrangement of the book collections on the bookshelves.

Noise or disturbance is not allowed in the library and other activities which are likely to disrupt other

Using personal stereo or mobile phones, shouting, and playing are strictly prohibited
07
Bags, laptop bags, helmets, and umbrellas are not allowed to be brought into the library

All activities in the library are monitored by CCTV

Librarian has the authority to bar the student from using the library facilities for any violation of the library policies, rules, and regulations.
SAFETY & GUIDELINE

Maximum of 130 users at one time to enter the library.

Numbering card will be given upon entering the library.

Wear a face mask. Your entry will be denied if you are not wearing a mask.

Body temperature is not more than 37.5*.

Social distancing at least 1 meter apart from others always.

Please use provided hand sanitizer. Wash your hands frequently.

Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.

Maximum 4 users in the discussion room.
SERVICES
The TSDSSJ Library that provides resources, services, and other related facilities include the discussion room, carrel desk, reading area, looker and etc to meet the learning, teaching, and research. IIC student’s also are allowed to use the International Islamic University Malaysia Library (IIUM) facilities based on the terms and condition.
CIRCULATION COUNTER
- Only registered students with a valid matric card are allowed to borrow the books and library facilities.
- Borrowers need to bring their matric card to use library facilities.
- Do not borrow on behalf of another student.
- Third-party is not allowed to return the book(s) on behalf of the student.
- Fine for overdue book is rm0.50 per day/per book and will be charged to the student who fails to return the books on time.
- Borrowers must report lost books immediately at the circulation counter.
- Borrowers can borrow maximum four (4) books at one (1) time for two (2) weeks.
- Any attempting thievery of library collections will be reported to the disciplinary board.
INTER-LIBRARY LOAN (LECTURER ONLY)
- All lecturers of IIC may request for books from IIUM Library on interlibrary loan. However, this service is not extended to students.
- This service is based on the following conditions:

- Material requested is to be used for teaching and academic purposes only.
- The material requested based on the availability of the books at the IIUM Library.
- IIC Library will request the books through email to Inter-Library Loan Unit at IIUM Library.
- The requestor is advised to identify the book informationclearly.
- Renewal is permissible subject to approval from the lending library.
- Borrowers must report lost books immediately to the IIC Library.
- The IIUM Library reserves the right to recall items on ILL before its due date.
- A fine of RM0.50 per day will be levied for overdue.
FACILITIES
DISCUSSION ROOM
- Reservation should be made at the Information counter with a maximum of 1-hour time usage.
- A minimum of three (3) students using the discussion room.
- An extension could be made 30 minutes before the end of the current reservation if no reservation follows.
- Always keep the door closed.
- Eating, drinking, sleeping, using mobile phones, shouting, and playing are strictly prohibited.
- Librarian has the authority to bar any students from using the library facilities for any infringement of the Library Policies, Rules, and Regulations
Activity room
- Reservation should be made at the Information counter.
- A minimum of 10 and maximum 40 users using the activity room.
- Always keep the door closed.
- Eating, drinking, sleeping, using mobile phones, shouting, and playing are strictly prohibited.
- Librarian has the authority to bar any students from using the library facilities for any infringement of the Library Policies, Rules, and Regulations.
computer lab
- • This facility is open for the International Islamic College community.
- Strictly no surfing pornography site. The student will be banned from using the computer facilities and will be reported to the disciplinary board.
- Strictly no business chatting is allowed.
- Please use your hard disk or thumb drive to save your file. User is not allowed to save file in the computer.
- One (1) pc can be used for one (1) user at one time only.
- The student is responsible for any damage to the computer.
Internet Wireless
- The college shall not be held accountable for users’ misconduct on Internet surfing.
- Internet users shall not arbitrarily change computer IP address, without permission from computer center network administrator or residential advisor.
- Any inquiries regarding the internet wireless, please consult with IT Department staff at the Administration Division, Ground floor.
LOCKER
- Student needs to present their matric card to take the locker key at the circulation counter.
- The locker is for daily use only.
- The key should be returned before or at 5.30 pm.
- The student who did not return the key will be fined with a charge of RM10 per day.
- Students are not allowed to borrow the key on behalf of others.
- Students must return the key to the librarian by themselves (third party are not allowed to do so on behalf of the borrowers).
- Students will be fined with RM 20 for any loss of the key.
- Students are not allowed to bring or place any food items, dangerous or illegal items, and valuables stuff into the locker.

This collection comprises of past years examination questions from various faculties. You may download or print them according to your convenience. IIUM library process all examination papers submitted to the library and is not responsible in any delay or unavailability of certain papers in the digital library system. Some papers are exclusives and thus not included in this collection such as examination papers from institute of education (INSTED), and selective papers from centre for languages and education (CELPADcelpad) such as apt and ept examination questions.

The public may access the open access journals or databases in full content freely and in most cases downloadable or for which otherwise specified.

The usage of IIUM library facilities
Students at international islamic college (IIC) are allowed to use the international islamic university malaysia library (IIUM) facilities.
The usage of IIUM library facilities for students of IIC are subject to the terms and condition as follows;

- A valid matric card must be presented upon entering the library.
- IIC students may use the IIUM library as reference member-only
- IIC students are not allowed to borrow books from IIUM library.
- All students are to comply with the IIUM library rules and regulations.
