Studio Fotografi mini merupakan salah satu kelebihan ekslusif untuk para graduan yang hadir pada Majlis Konvokesyen ‘Virtual’ yang ke-13. Sesi ini akan dibuka daripada bulan November 2021 sehingga Jun 2022.
Mini Studio Photography is one of the exclusive privileges offered for graduates who attend the 13th Virtual Convocation Ceremony. This session will be open from November 2021 until June 2022.

Vaccination status:
Only fully vaccinated individuals are allowed on the premises. Please show the vaccine digital certificate to us for confirmation.
Hygiene and safety:
We will sanitize our props before every slot according to the health guidelines.
Robes rental:
There’s no rental offered because of hygiene issues. The robes only can be used during photography sessions in Mini Studio.
Photography session:
Graduates will be given two (2) photos which are individual shots and family shots (limited to 3 people including graduates).
Delivery method:
All photos will be given through email two (2) days after the photography session.
Retouching:
It is understood that Photographer is not responsible to fix photos to cover parts of your body that you do not wish to be seen in the photo, unless it was confirmed with the photographer.
Duration:
The photography session will be allowed only for 20 minutes. If you wish to take more photos, kindly apply to our payable services packages offered outside of Mini Studio sessions.
Liability:
IIC will not accept any responsibility due to any accident or damage made by graduates to our equipment and props during the photo shooting.
Cancellation:
Any cancellation or reschedule of booking slot WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.
Confidentiality:
We will keep confidential and will not disclose to any third parties or make use of material or information communicated for the purposes of the photography. Any information or data is kept in accordance with data protection act set out in the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Storage:
We keep client files for up to 2 weeks after the photography session, and are not liable for any claims after this period. All client files will be deleted and backups will be purged after this period.
Timing:
All graduates must be punctual with the timing for their photography sessions. Failure to do so will affect the process of operation.

WHAT IS MINI STUDIO AND CAN YOU EXPLAIN ABOUT IT?
ANSWER: IIC will provide simple yet elegant “Graduation Platforms” at IIC’s Mini Graduation Studio for those who wish to have their graduation photo wearing academic robes by appointment only. You may bring your parents/spouse/siblings to take pictures with you with the maximum number of 3 persons in ONE frame.
HOW MUCH SHOULD I PAY FOR MINI STUDIO?
ANSWER:
If you’re one of the confirmed attendance graduands, there’s no payment because it is one of the privileges. However, if you’re not attending the convocation ceremony previously, you can take MOSAIIC Agency package for your studio photo.
WHAT METHOD WILL I RECEIVED THE PHOTOS?
ANSWER:
We will ONLY send softcopy to the email graduates fill in the booking form. No hard copy will be given.
IF I CAN’T ATTEND THIS PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION, WILL I GET THE REFUND?
ANSWER:
No.
WHAT IS THE SPECIAL ABOUT THIS MINI STUDIO?
ANSWER:
In our Mini Studio Photography, you’ll be able to wear IIC graduation robes and a mortar board.
CAN I COLLECT SCROLL AT THE SAME DATE OF MY PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION?
ANSWER:
For scroll collection, you need to set an appointment with the ARD department.
CAN YOU PRINT THE PHOTOS?
ANSWER:
We did NOT offer a printing service. You may use the softcopy to print yourself.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN BE IN THE STUDIO?
ANSWER:
Only THREE (3) people (including graduates) is allowed in the studio.
ARE THE STAFF BEING FULLY VACCINATED?
ANSWER:
All our staff involved in the Mini Studio Photography session has been fully vaccinated.
I DIDN’T PAY FOR CONVOCATION FEES BUT I WANT THE STUDIO PHOTOGRAPHY PHOTOS
ANSWER:
We have Mosaiic Agency Photography package if you want to experience the mini-studio session with the robes.
